These services are provided for educational and personal development purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.2. Recorded Personalised Video Sessions
Delivery Timeframe
Recorded sessions are delivered electronically via private video link or email within 1–7 days of receiving your submitted questions (most within 48–72 hours).
Delivery timeframes begin once all required information has been submitted.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalised and digital nature of recorded sessions, refunds are not available once the recording has been delivered.
If a technical issue prevents delivery, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating any payment dispute so we may resolve the matter promptly.3. Online Courses (If Applicable)
Access & Delivery
Self-paced courses are delivered electronically. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment via login credentials to the designated platform.
Refund Structure
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before significant course material has been accessed.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where substantial content has been consumed.4. Private Mentorship (If Applicable)
Structure
Private mentorship services are provided over an agreed timeframe (e.g., 12 weeks) and may include scheduled sessions and agreed communication support.
Scheduling
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Missed sessions without reasonable notice may not be rescheduled.
Refunds
Due to the limited capacity and personalised nature of mentorship services, payments are non-refundable once the mentorship period has commenced.5. Membership & Subscription Services (If Applicable)
Billing
Membership services operate on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise stated at checkout.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring charges at the stated billing interval (e.g., monthly).
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not result in refunds for previous billing periods.
Access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle.6. Intellectual Property
All recordings, course materials, documents, videos, and written content are the intellectual property of Mel The Mirror.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, or resold without prior written permission.7. Personal Responsibility
By purchasing or participating in any service, you acknowledge:

Private sessions are treated with discretion. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed within community spaces where other members participate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in our services or use of our digital products.10. Modifications
